The services that we offer to our clients are based on a steady infrastructure for both commercial and logistical, with an on time delivery system.

Sales Service: Weekly and/or fortnightly visits from our sales representative who will give you all the information you need, will pick up your orders and will manage them.

Telephone Service: For those clients who can not be located, we will set with our sales representative the most convenient date and time for the client to place an order.

Fax and Email Service: For those clients, that due to time differences or for convenience reasons would prefer to use this service 24 hours a day.

Answering machine Service: In case you have to place an order out of working hours you can do it trough our answering machine leaving your contact details.

Office Service: We work from 9 to 13 and from 16 to 19, from Monday to Friday for any explanation you need, from sales to accountancy.

Warehouse Service: We are open from 9 to 13 where you can pick up your orders or solve any queries.

Transportation Service: It is at our clients disposal the possibility to use our transportation service for orders received out of time or for emergency orders, assumed that there is no possible combination on the delivery with pre existing routes.

Distributional Range: Sales representatives and delivery fixed routes, to all Girona and surrounding area, from La Jonquera to Vic and Maresme coast line. For domestic delivery it will be managed by a wholesaler who will study a customized delivery service for those out of our distributional range.
